Cancellation Process: Clients are responsible for actively canceling sessions if necessary. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment incur no fee. Contact via telephone is preferred to ensure communication.
Less than 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equivalent to half of the booked hours, payable before the next appointment or within 30 days.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Sessions canceled under 24 hours will be charged in full. Payment is due before the next appointment or within 30 days, whichever occurs sooner.
Inclement Weather: Weather-related issues may affect appointments. We will discuss and decide jointly as the appointment approaches if weather conditions warrant any changes.
Right to Waive: Hasheita Shel Keren reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion.
Deposit: During high seasons, must secure your spot with a 200 Shekel deposit. Non-refundable and guarantees your reservation.
Payment Terms: Fees are due upon completion of each session, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
Accepted Payment Types: We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, BIT and paybox.
Payment of Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees must be settled before the next appointment or within 30 days, whichever is earlier.
This is helpful but not necessary. I will tell you what areas to prep to maximize our time together. Please have trash bags and or boxes for removal, size M gloves without powder and cleaning supplies on hand.
